Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits with children, parents, and caregivers to assess their needs and develop case plans.
  • Engage with parents, caregivers, and children to achieve permanency goals and provide support services.
  • Identify and address medical, dental, educational, and mental health needs for children under case load.
  • Prepare detailed reports for judges and testify in court hearings as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and update records as necessary.
  • Develop and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective case management.
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in Human Services or Child Welfare programs.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Valid Florida state issued driver's license and insurance.
  • Ability to make complex decisions, balance stakeholder needs, and provide high customer satisfaction.
