Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality written materials and content to advance our corporate narrative, including scripts, executive briefings, op-eds, blog posts, and social media content.
  • Content Calendar Management: Manage the corporate content calendar to ensure timely and effective sharing of stories, employee spotlights, and product launches.
  • Story Mining and Research: Support the Senior Director, Content in story mining and research by building strong relationships across the organization.
  • Editorial Resources: Maintain corporate editorial resources and toolkits, including key messaging, editorial style guides, fact sheets, and more.
  • Event Content Development: Develop premium content for key events throughout the year, including Hasbro's Women Innovators of Play program, internal company meetings, investor events, and company-wide days of giving.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlined processes and/or new tools and systems to increase team productivity.
Requirements
  • Excellent Storytelling Skills: Proven ability to develop compelling stories and content that drive business objectives.
  • Marketing and Communications Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, journalism, communications, advertising, or public relations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Social Media Knowledge: Solid understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, and Instagram.
  • Curiosity and Creativity: Ability to uncover information from across the business and shape it into compelling stories.
  • Strong Judgment and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to make sound judgments and solve complex problems.
  • Highly Pro-Active and Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency with Social Media Analytics: Knowledge of social media analytics, SEO, and social scheduling applications a plus.
