Position Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a tenure-track faculty member in the Department of Physiology at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of research achievements and a demonstrated interest in tackling outstanding biological problems using state-of-the-art approaches. They will be expected to develop an independent research program and participate in the teaching mission of the Department for medical, dental, and graduate students.

The Department of Physiology at UCLA has a strong tradition of excellence in biophysics, membrane transport, neuroscience, cardiovascular research, and structural biology. We welcome candidates whose experience in teaching, research, or community service has prepared them to contribute to our commitment to diversity and excellence.

The salary range for this position is $118,800. This position includes membership in the Health Sciences Compensation Plan, which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
