Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Readiness Specialist to join our team at Joint Research and Development, LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing critical data to support the Director of Air Force Civil Engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze Installation Natural Disaster Risk Indexes, Installation CBRN Risk Indexes, Installation All Hazard Threat Assessments, Department of the Air Force (DAF) and Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Mission Assurance (MA) reports.
  • Risk Assessment: Assess whether DAF installations are using current threat data when determining their risk indexes.
  • Coordination and Liaison: Coordinate with the Air Force Security Forces Center (AFSFC) and DTRA to receive and analyze DAF and DTRA annual MA assessment schedules.
  • Documentation and Briefings: Prepare briefings, bullet background papers (BBPs), or other documentation in support of working groups, integrated product teams, and tiger teams analyzing CBRN requirements, programs, and issues.
  • Review and Coordination: Provide thorough review and coordination of Joint Service and Air Force Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) related to EM and CBRN.
  • Recommendations: Recommend corrective actions to the DAF government representatives.
  • Support and Governance: Support DAF CE, EM, C-WMD, and MA governance bodies as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of twelve (12) years of emergency management and CBRN Defense experience across a full spectrum threat environment.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Software Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Clearance: TS/SCI and NATO clearances required.
