Job Description

As a Head of Engineering, you'll lead our engineering team in developing cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the engineering team in designing, developing, and deploying scalable and secure software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve team productivity, efficiency, and quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Act as a technical advisor and escalation point for critical issues, providing guidance and support to the team as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (15+ years) in software development, with at least 7 years in a leadership role within a fast-paced, technology-driven company.
  • Strong technical background and expertise in ad tech, including knowledge of advertising platforms, programmatic advertising, real-time bidding, and ad exchanges.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Java, PHP, or Golang with experience in developing scalable and highly available systems.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, agile practices, and continuous integration/delivery processes.
