  • Select appropriate tools, materials, and equipment while maintaining inventory oversight.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual performance standards.
  • Monitor daily progress and report on project status to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication among diverse teams and individuals.
  • Handle multiple project priorities and responsibilities efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in construction management, particularly on large-scale projects.
  • Possession of a Texas Fire Alarm License.
  • Valid Texas Security License.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Fire and Life Safety Systems sector.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management techniques and methodologies.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution and crisis management.
  • Strong leadership and human resource management capabilities.
  • Exceptional time management and project coordination skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
