Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter customer orders into our system.
  • Process payments to the appropriate accounts with precision.
  • Respond to incoming calls and address customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules that are convenient for our customers while adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain communication with customers regarding the status of their orders.
  • Ensure the security of cash and other forms of payment.
  • Prepare daily deposits following company guidelines.
  • Assist the management team as needed.
  • Support showroom operations, including display maintenance and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent cash handling abilities.
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
