- We're seeking a highly skilled Concierge Security Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of eliminating cyber risk.
The Concierge Security Engineer 2 (CSE2) plays a crucial role in our Concierge Security Team, providing world-class Arctic Wolf security services. This individual will support technical relationships with assigned customers, leveraging their expertise to fulfill key responsibilities.
- Create and maintain exceptional partnerships with customers;
- Support the delivery of Arctic Wolf network and endpoint security solutions to customers, including tasks such as investigating security events, configuring, troubleshooting, and verifying data sources;
- Action or escalate customer requests for guidance, information, or support in a timely manner, coordinating efforts with other teams as needed;
- Proactively interact and communicate with internal and external stakeholders;
This role combines aspects of an IT Security Analyst, Security Architect, and Incident Response Consultant. A successful CSE2 possesses strong technical aptitude and the ability to communicate, educate, and share information effectively with non-technical individuals.

Your Experience:Your background could include:
- 1-5 years of experience in a hands-on security role with a good knowledge of security architecture;
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field, or certifications and experience equivalent;
- Strong partnering and relationship-building skills in a professional context;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
In addition to the above, you may have:
- Experience with security testing and forensics tools;
- Familiarity with malware analysis;
- Scripting/Coding experience;
- Incident response expertise;
- Knowledge of authentication and identity management;
- Understanding of risk management, assessment, and common compliance frameworks;
- Penetration testing and attack simulation experience;
