Key Responsibilities- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their business challenges and providing expert guidance on pest management solutions.
- Pest Control Services: Inspect client sites for pest activity, apply mechanical, biological, and chemical tools to prevent and control pest issues, and ensure timely and top-quality service delivery.
- Route Management: Manage your own route, schedule, and inventory to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, and identify opportunities to grow accounts and branch sales.
- Communication and Problem-Solving: Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and managers, and navigate conflicts to recommend options and facilitate solutions that best serve the client and the company's objectives and values.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in route sales, merchandising, dispatching, or logistics, and a valid driver's license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record.
- Skills and Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively, set priorities, manage time, adapt quickly, and work effectively in varying environments and job site conditions.
- Certifications and Training: Participate in training and certification programs to maintain knowledge and skills in pest management, and apply knowledge to locate, identify, destroy, control, and repel pests.
- Competitive Compensation: $20-25/hour (depending on experience) plus performance bonus and commission.
- Benefits: Health, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k) with 100% match up to 3% plus 50% match up to 6%, paid time off, and childcare assistance and college savings plan.
