Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest and owner resolution services
  • Deliver needs to guests and owners during stays
  • Prepare vendor cleaning bags/supplies
  • Maintain the highest standard regarding cleaning and upkeep of assigned properties
  • Support operations staff as needed to provide exquisite service to homeowners and guests
  • Clean properties as assigned
  • Comply with all applicable Federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Physical ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, use arms and legs, and sit most of the time
