Rooms Inspector

As a Rooms Inspector at The Dunlin, you will play a critical role in ensuring every guest has a top-tier experience. You will conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms to verify they meet our cleanliness and presentation standards.

• Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Verify that housekeeping staff have properly cleaned and prepared rooms, ensuring all amenities are in place and functioning.
• Identify and report any maintenance or cleanliness issues, coordinating with housekeeping and engineering teams for prompt resolution.
• Ensure rooms are guest-ready by checking for proper room setup, fresh linens, and replenished supplies.
• Provide feedback and guidance to housekeeping staff on areas of improvement and help ensure consistent quality across all rooms.

• Prior experience in housekeeping, room inspections, or hotel operations is required.
• Strong observational skills are essential to ensure all guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Ability to effectively communicate with housekeeping staff and management to address deficiencies and maintain service quality.
