Commercial Drywall Project Manager

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall Superintendent to lead our team in delivering high-quality drywall construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of large commercial construction jobs, ensuring that they are completed on-time, on-budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial drywall construction projects, ensuring that they meet the required standards of quality, safety, and schedule.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of field foremen, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Recruitment and Selection: Participate in the recruitment, selection, and placement of employees and subcontractors, ensuring that they meet the required standards of quality and experience.
- Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the quality of work delivered.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all employees and subcontractors adhere to Precision Walls' safety policies and procedures, and that all projects are completed in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
- Experience: At least five (5) years of commercial drywall experience, with a proven track record of leading and managing teams.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to deliver high-quality results.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of drywall construction methods, materials, and labor practices, with the ability to instruct and train team members.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in the use of computer software and technology, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
