Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Lead RF Systems Engineer to become an integral part of our Electronic Warfare (EW) and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) team. In this role, you will engage in solving intricate problems for our Defense and Intelligence Community clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the team to provide engineering support at designated military facilities.
2. Offer expertise in system design, focusing on antenna selection and placement, leveraging your knowledge of signal propagation and Link Budget analysis.
3. Analyze emerging requirements and formulate technical concepts to swiftly address organizational goals in a dynamic setting.
4. Create solutions in both laboratory and field environments, including the design and documentation of components and systems in line with established requirements.
5. Evaluate engineering proposals and technical documents, suggesting enhancements where necessary.
6. Manage change requests from various stakeholders.
7. Conduct Reliability Analyses and Safety Engineering processes on systems.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the design, fabrication, and testing of RF signal collection systems.
- At least 3 years of direct involvement in signals intelligence or related fields, including experience with development contractors or government agencies.
- Proficient in Agile development practices and familiar with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Project and Visio.
- Ability to foster and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Cameo, MATLAB, and STK for architecture development and modeling.
- Familiarity with requirements management tools like DOORS Next Gen.
