Key Responsibilities
  • Origination and Evaluation: Solicit credit-worthy potential and existing customers to develop new business and increase or retain existing business within the framework of our bank's policies and procedures.
  • Loan Presentation: Oversee the preparation of loan presentations, including detailed financial analysis and assessment of borrowers' financial capacity and creditworthiness.
  • Lending Risk Assessment: Assess lending risks, identify offsetting mitigants, and make recommendations on loan structure, demonstrating sound credit judgment.
  • Customer and Community Relationships: Establish and promote customer and community relationships, cross-sell other bank products and services, and maintain continued awareness of market conditions and competition.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage all aspects of assigned loan portfolio, with emphasis on covenant and bank policy compliance, credit quality, and delinquency control.
  • Transaction Facilitation: Facilitate the closing of loan transactions with strict compliance with approved terms and conditions.
Requirements
  • Comprehensive Loan Analysis Experience: Proven experience in comprehensive loan analysis.
  • Comprehensive Financial Analysis Experience: Proven experience in comprehensive financial analysis.
  • Underwriting Techniques: Comprehensive knowledge of underwriting techniques.
  • New Business Track Record: Proven new business track record.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong oral, written, and communication skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient with software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Argus.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
  • Work Experience: 10 or more years of commensurate work experience.
