Key Responsibilities:- Provide patient care and support to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse preceptor.
- Assist with various clinical tasks and procedures, including vital sign collection, medication administration, and wound care.
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program and within one year of graduation.
- Completed fundamentals of clinicals in an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- Proof of AHA or ARC BLS (CPR) training (within one year of hire).
- Competent computer usage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
