Telehealth Nurse Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Telehealth Nurse to join our team at Travel Nurse Across America. As a Telehealth Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and interpret telemetry data to inform patient care decisions
  • Provide basic bedside care, including vital sign monitoring and medication administration
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Identify and respond to changes in patient condition, including irregular telemetry readings

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure and ACLS certification
  • 2+ years of experience in a telemetry or critical care setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
