Overview

Are you looking to gain valuable business and leadership skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Our Enterprise Management Internship is designed to provide university students with a unique opportunity to develop their skills and stand out in the job market.



As a paid intern with Enterprise, you will be part of a team-based environment where you will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. You will take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals, working closely with your peers to learn, grow, and have fun.



This internship offers a competitive compensation package of $16 per hour and will be located at one of our offices within the Scranton/Wilkes Barre territory. Our flagship office is located at 400 Kidder St, Wilkes Barre, PA 18702.


Responsibilities

As a Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to develop a range of skills, including fleet management, customer service, marketing strategy, and relationship building. You will work on intern projects and engage in friendly competition with your peers, with the potential to earn performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications
  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program, graduating in August 2025, December 2025, or May 2026.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must be able to start May 27, 2024.
  • Must be able to commit to a 40 hour work week.
  • 10-12 week commitment.
