  • This position requires availability for evening shifts commencing between 5 PM and 6 PM.
  • Additional opportunities may arise in areas such as order fulfillment, cash register operations, and sales, which could include daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in merchandise processing during early morning or evening hours (as per the schedule), which includes unloading shipments, lifting boxes, merchandising items, climbing ladders, and maintaining a safe yet efficient pace.
  • Greet and welcome all customers, either as a Host at the entrance or throughout the store.
  • Assist customers by suggesting solutions to their organizational needs as they navigate the store.
  • Design and promote custom closet solutions and other storage options.
  • Operate the cash register with a strong emphasis on delivering an outstanding customer experience during checkout.
  • Introduce and enroll customers in our rewards program.
  • Maintain the sales floor by ensuring shelves are stocked and presented in accordance with our brand standards.
  • Provide assistance to customers with carryout services, whether through curbside or in parking areas.
  • Participate in store cleaning routines, including dusting, restroom maintenance, and vacuuming.
  • Process customer orders for curbside pickup and/or delivery.
  • Organize the stockroom to ensure it is well-maintained and supports the store's sales efforts.
  • Adhere to established time expectations for the role, performing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Actively engage with customers to address their organizational challenges.

Qualifications

  • Availability for evening shifts starting between 5 PM and 6 PM
