We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive and dynamic store environment.

About the Role

This is a sales-based position that requires a strong passion for helping customers find their perfect fit. You will work closely with our team to achieve sales goals, provide product knowledge, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive sales growth by promoting products, offering personalized recommendations, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Contribute to a positive and dynamic store environment, maintaining a clean and organized store appearance, and adhering to company standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in achieving success.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service expertise.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience, with a strong passion for helping others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
