About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional nursing care to patients with various medical conditions, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop personalized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of service.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the ongoing development and refinement of nursing practices and protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to established standards and regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred.
  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse required.
  • Current CPR Certification required.
  • One (1) year recent experience preferred in an acute care setting.
  • ACLS certification preferred in LTACH and Texas hospitals.
