We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team at Axess Family Services. In this role, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for clients, family members, case managers, and funders. Your goal will be to ensure the successful operation of the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process referrals from case managers and funders
- Communicate client information verbally and in writing using appropriate forms
- Communicate with Case Manager's to ensure proper service
- Assess the need of all client questions and/or calls
- Navigate and maintain ServTracker and Dashboard
- Provide assistants to other staff members with projects and assignments as needed
- Ability to multi-task
- Sort and distribute incoming faxes as needed
- Represents Mobile Meals positively and professionally to the community
- Complies with agency policies and procedures, COA regulations, federal and state requirements, and educational/certification/registry requirements
