About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Front Desk Manager who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.

The successful candidate will lead a shift of the Front Office staff to ensure that guests receive a five-star check-in and check-out experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, control, and direct the work of employees of the Front Desk to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach all employees in the Front Desk to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
Requirements
  • College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management.
  • Two to three years previous experience in a line, supervisory, or assistant manager position in Rooms.
  • Flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
