F&B Operations Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Assistant Manager to assist in the management of our main F&B facility or department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for all aspects of running the restaurant or department, including budgeting, staffing, and motivating employees.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the F&B Operations Manager in all aspects of the department.
- Manage and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage products.
- Monitor labor and food costs to ensure efficient operations and profitability.
- Responsible for dissemination of all JHMR guidelines, policies, and communications to staff.
- Oversee and monitor all tracking of alcohol, labor costs, and close-out reports according to accounting procedures.
- Restaurant supervisory experience required.
- Computer literate and proficient in basic accounting software.
- Supervisory skills and ability to motivate and train staff.
- Basic accounting knowledge and ability to manage budgets.
- Per WY law, must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
The F&B Assistant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with heavy lifting inside and outside. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
