Responsibilities:

  • Empty trash and recycling receptacles into appropriate waste bins and ensure receptacles are kept clean and free of smells.
  • Vacuum all carpeted areas and spot clean when necessary.
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors using the appropriate cleaning supplies.
  • Clean and dust furniture, ledges, light fixtures, and other hard-to-reach places.
  • Wash windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces, ensuring they are free of streaks.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms, ensuring soap and paper towel dispensers are well stocked and locked if necessary.
  • Take inventory of cleaning supplies and materials, notifying your supervisor when replenishment is needed.
  • Inform the Area Manager of any broken or malfunctioning equipment.

Requirements:

  • Capable of following instructions and learning new techniques.
  • Strong time management skills to ensure all work is completed by the end of the shift.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of standard cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Able to lift up to 20 pounds for short periods.
  • Possess a strong attention to detail.
  • Must be 18+ years old, possess a valid driver's license, and have reliable transportation.
  • Must pass a background check.
