Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Leader to join our team at Integer Holdings Corporation. As a Site Leader, you will be responsible for leading a multi-functional leadership team and driving the attainment of site safety, quality, on-time delivery, revenue, cost improvement, and associate engagement targets and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements.
  • Lead and develop a multi-functional leadership team, collaborating closely with functional managers and enterprise leaders to drive business results.
  • Responsible for driving world-class operational, development, and quality performance that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Create a performance-driven, accountable culture that tracks performance versus clear metrics.
  • Champion and drive change by challenging the status quo and elevating team performance.
  • Drive consistency, alignment, and operational efficiencies within Product Category in alignment with Integer operating expectations.
  • Prioritize effective, strategic management of talent within the PHB site and broader Integer, including building bench strength to achieve current objectives and prepare for the future.
  • Develop annual financial plans with FP&A to support continuous growth and cost management.
  • Provide monthly operational and R&D project performance summaries, including a 12-month rolling financial forecast, to achieve GM/AOI performance.
  • Participate in business development activities to develop/enhance customer relationships and close sales.
  • Direct new product development programs by establishing strategy, providing leadership, and creating the organization necessary for successful implementation.
  • Manage a team of project managers, engineers, and technicians as they design, develop, ramp, and transfer manufacturing to larger locations.
  • Flawlessly develop and introduce new products, processes, and systems to production, both on time and on budget.
  • Ensure proper prioritization and timely completion of all product development projects on budget and per delivery milestones.
  • Partner with sales and marketing, R&D, and growth teams to identify and win new business opportunities that fit the unique capabilities of the PHB location.
  • Actively participate in the development and analysis of new business and market opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field required; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare or other regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical and commercial knowledge of the medical device space, including products, clinical applications, and design and manufacturing technologies.
  • Demonstrable people management and team building skills, with a successful track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing and engaged workforce.
  • Able to analyze, understand, and effectively communicate technical material.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop short- and long-range plans for the facility while managing execution.
  • New process development and new product launch system experience.
  • Working knowledge of capacity planning and supply chain.
  • Kaizen, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement experience.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Ability to effectively build organization and talent capacity and capability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Able to travel and work internationally, as necessary.
