Amentum is seeking a part-time observer to perform entry control actions at a secure facility. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring employee locations, observing construction workers, and overseeing special equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • The candidate will apply principles of the Privacy Act and Operations Security (OPSEC) in their work.
  • Maintaining poise and self-control under stress is essential.
  • Conducting 'Stop & Question' of individuals in closed areas to prevent criminal activity.
  • Preparing clear, concise reports as needed.
Essential Requirements
  • An active TS Clearance is mandatory.
  • At least 2 years' experience in construction security surveillance or related fields is desired.
  • A valid state-issued driver's license or permit is necessary.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Work Environment

This role involves working in-the-field with occasional lifting, frequent walking, and constant mental alertness. The candidate must be able to work under deadlines and possess planning/organizing skills.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000.
