- Orient new clinicians on our hospice clinical policies and procedures, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional care.
- Conduct patient home visits in accordance with physicians' orders, providing personalized care and support to our patients and their families.
- Current CPR certification
- At least 2 years of clinical experience
- Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Unencumbered RN license in the assigned work state
