Work Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

We are in search of a Warehouse Operations Supervisor who can inspire excellence within their team. If you possess the ability to motivate individuals to consistently elevate their performance while managing all daily warehouse activities, you could be an excellent addition to our expanding organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficiency
  • Develop and manage work schedules
  • Lead the team while providing training and coaching to enhance performance
  • Monitor quality of work to consistently deliver outstanding customer service
  • Understand and implement the company’s quality policies
  • Follow the GXO 7S program
  • Maintain effective communication with leadership, team members, and other departments
  • Execute continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications for Success at GXO:

To be considered, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and experience with computerized scanning equipment
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may involve weekends

It would be advantageous if you also possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related discipline
  • 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Experience in an AS9100 or ISO-certified environment
  • Background in Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL)

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to:

  • Lift various objects of different shapes, sizes, and weights
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Reach (including overhead), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel
  • Handle tools or equipment safely
  • Work in varying temperature conditions within the warehouse
