The Opportunity

Saint Luke's Home Care provides care to 22 counties in and around the Kansas City Metro and has one of the lowest hospital readmission rates in the region, a testament to our high-quality care.

We are seeking a skilled Home Health Aide to join our team. In this role, you will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and provide care to patients in their home according to the care plan provided by the care team of Nurses, Case Managers, and Therapists.

Shift and Schedule

Full-time: Monday - Friday, No nights, No Weekends, No Holidays

The Work

The Home Health Aide provides care according to the patient's needs as directed by the clinician.

The Home Health Aide assists in the patient care, anticipating patient and family needs in a proactive fashion.

The Home Health Aide collaborates with other healthcare team members to enhance the provision of patient care.
