Job Description

As a motivated Project Manager, you will lead and manage all stages of aviation and airport construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion. You will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to optimize project workflow, track project progress, and ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

You will hold regular site meetings with subcontractors and team members to review progress, address issues, and update project timelines. Effective communication with clients, architects, and engineers is crucial to meet project requirements and expectations. You will maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily reports, logs, and records.

Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a construction superintendent for a commercial general contractor, with demonstrated experience in aviation and airport construction. Strong leadership and management abilities, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
