Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze system requirements and ensure the team achieves daily production targets.
  • Engage in daily production activities and maintain oversight of inventory in assigned areas.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure proper inventory management.
  • Assist with order processing in collaboration with the purchasing department.
  • Train and onboard new team members.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to team members, with support from management and HR.
  • Adhere to and promote safety guidelines and participate in relevant safety training.
  • Maintain team tools and ensure compliance with operational and safety protocols.
  • Adapt to production changes and encourage team flexibility.
  • Initiate improvements in production performance while upholding product quality.
  • Participate in candidate interviews and evaluations.
  • Foster a positive work environment by motivating your team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven strong attendance record.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
  • Familiarity with MS Office is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks independently and meet deadlines.

Work Schedule:

The department operates on two schedules. Candidates may begin on a day shift and transition to a swing shift as needed. Flexibility to work overtime is essential to meet production demands.
