As a Program Analyst, your responsibilities will include...

  • Conducting feasibility studies of engineering methods, solutions, or designs identified by the Government or other vendors.
  • Creating and documenting analyses or requirements related to reliability, availability, and maintainability.
  • Executing functional analyses or flows; documenting system baselines; and assessing system performance, interface, and interoperability.
  • Performing tests and evaluations to ensure that the system, subsystem, or component adheres to the functional, allocated, or product baseline or meets other documentation requirements.
Your qualifications should include...
  • A minimum of five (5) years of general experience, with at least four (4) years of specialized experience in related fields.
  • Assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of program operations in achieving set goals and objectives.
  • Conducting life cycle cost analyses for projects or performing economic evaluations of existing or planned programs.
  • Analyzing data to develop program reporting systems, including specifications, data collection methods, and evaluation techniques.
  • Evaluating new or proposed legislation, regulations, or requirements to assess their impact on program operations, engineering design, or security; formulating management and program evaluation plans, procedures, and methodologies; and analyzing proposed changes in mission or operational procedures.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience related to weapons systems and/or Navy programs.
Preferred qualifications...
  • Experience with Hypersonic Weapons.
  • Possession of a current SECRET Clearance.
