Program Financial Analyst

TSC is seeking a skilled Program Financial Analyst to support a new program at our Dahlgren location. This position requires a flexible individual with experience in defense contractor financial analysis.

  • Track all contract costs and budgets, review invoices, and perform purchase requestor duties.
  • Request, collect, and track technical contract reports.
  • Verify and validate timecards for assigned contracts.
  • Run, validate, and track Deltek Costpoint reports.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain contract spend plans.
  • Review contract modifications for accuracy.
  • Track travel authorizations and expense reports.
  • Assist in subcontractor management, including collecting monthly reports and approving invoices/allocation of funding.
  • Oversee the accountability process for Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).
  • Prepare and upload data for contractor's funds and man-hour expenditure reports into the eCRAFT system.
  • Track required training as directed by contract.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related major and a minimum of 7 years of financial project control in defense contracting, or high school diploma and 10-12 years of related experience.
  • Working knowledge of cross-functional duties (accounting, contracts, program management) necessary for effective program support.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD Clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
