We are currently seeking motivated summer interns to enhance their technical skills within our established IT Service Provider / Managed Service Provider organization. Our focus is on delivering exceptional network and computer support, as well as IT consulting services to small and mid-sized businesses, both locally and globally.

We are in search of enthusiastic, adaptable, and driven individuals who possess a strong desire to learn and a genuine interest in emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will be:

  • Equipped with excellent customer service and communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts in an understandable way.

Key Responsibilities

As an intern, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Learning to support desktop and laptop systems, including troubleshooting, operating system installations, and application configurations.
  • Documenting, tracking, and escalating issues through our established support system while ensuring our documentation remains current.
  • Collaborating with our friendly and knowledgeable team to assist clients both remotely and on-site.
  • Coordinating tasks and projects with our Service Delivery and advanced technical teams.
  • Note: This internship requires in-office attendance.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • Basic knowledge of computer systems on Windows or Mac platforms.
  • A planned career path in the IT services sector.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • The capability to lift and transport computer components weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • A commitment to commuting to our office location, as this is an in-office internship.
