Job Summary:
As a File Clerk in the Radiology Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our file room. Your responsibilities will include coordinating activities, maintaining files, and providing excellent customer service to physicians and patients. You will work closely with the office manager to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and responsive manner. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this temporary position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate file room activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records.
  • Provide excellent customer service to physicians and patients.
  • Work closely with the office manager to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of healthcare clerical experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
