Early Childhood Educator - Infants or Toddlers

Position Overview:

Full-time roles are currently available within our preschool and infant programs.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Infant Care: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM or 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Toddler Care: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Our competitive salaries for Summer Camp Counselors start at $20.15 per hour, with compensation based on your educational background and experience in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline.

As an Early Childhood Educator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and facilitating activities tailored to the children's interests and developmental needs.
  • Engaging in daily communication with parents, documenting and sharing significant milestones in their child's day.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to essential procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications:

Applicants must successfully complete necessary state and company background checks and meet minimum educational and experiential criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or a related degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of six months of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred.
  • Candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to comply with enhanced health and safety protocols.

Compensation Range: $20.15

The compensation range provided reflects what Bright Horizons anticipates offering for this position. Actual offers will depend on various factors, including experience, education, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
