Job SummaryComfort Keepers, a leading provider of in-home senior services, seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant to support all aspects of company operations. This role will provide administrative support to the office team, answer incoming calls, and screen messages for the scheduling department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering calls, screening messages, and receiving information for client prospects.
  • Input client information accurately into an internal electronic recordkeeping system and maintain HIPAA guidelines.
  • Support HR needs for hiring, onboarding, data collection, and documentation.
  • Cross-train with various office roles to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and communications.
