1. Deliver pharmaceutical care services and medication utilization systems within designated areas to ensure alignment with patient care needs and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required; Doctorate of Pharmacy preferred.
Experience: Completion of a Postgraduate Year 1 residency or fellowship, or two years of experience as a registered pharmacist in a health system pharmacy is required.
Licensure/Certification: Current pharmacy licensure in the appropriate state(s) or completion within 30 days of start date is required. Board of Pharmacy Specialties Certification or other approved certification must be obtained and maintained within two years of the start date as applicable to the role.
Additional Skills:
Ability to travel to multiple facilities as needed and work effectively within a high-performing, adaptable team.
