Job Description

Novant Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Acute Care team at Matthews Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to patients undergoing general surgery, urology, and orthopedic procedures.

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care for patients.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to support patients in navigating their health journey.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • Current valid North Carolina nursing license.
  • One-year relevant experience, preferred.
