Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver professional and courteous service to all guests.
  • Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms to meet property standards.
  • Efficiently manage the cleaning of a specified number of rooms during each shift.
  • Organize and maintain supplies on the housekeeping cart.
  • Inspect all rooms for damage or maintenance needs and report accordingly.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of public areas throughout the property.
  • Participate in mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Warmly greet and engage with guests.
  • Complete tasks as directed by the Housekeeping Manager or General Manager.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with cleaning techniques and chemical applications is advantageous.
