Job Summary

We are seeking a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.
  • Assist individuals with their daily living needs, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Support individuals in developing their skills and abilities, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
  • Assist individuals in participating in community activities and events.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that individuals receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

Requirements

  • No experience required.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and team members.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
