Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain a safe working environment for all associates.
- Uphold the company's core values of Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence.
- Ensure proper usage of personal protective equipment.
- Provide timely maintenance support across all departments to enhance production and facility operations.
- Diagnose and rectify machinery and process-related issues utilizing electrical and mechanical skills, including general maintenance tasks for all facility equipment.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery such as presses, baggers, sealers, conveyors, and printers, ensuring their proper care and storage.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing support equipment, including air compressors, boilers, fans, and pumps.
- Maintain and update necessary records and filing systems, including inventory management for parts and supplies.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated excellent safety and attendance record.
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance practices or a technical trade school graduate.
- Practical knowledge of utility equipment and proficiency with power tools in a manufacturing setting.
- Experienced in manufacturing support systems, including steam, hydraulics, pneumatics, and heating and cooling systems, with a background in industrial electrical troubleshooting.
- Basic electronic troubleshooting skills and computer proficiency.
- Familiarity with Work Order programs for equipment and machinery.
- Understanding of cGMPs and OSHA regulations.
- Availability for overtime work.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet when necessary.
