Requirements
  • Proficiency in Xact Analysis for managing claims is a must-have.
  • Experience in restoration or working in claims within an insurance company.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intense work environment.
  • Smart, self-starting, and detail-oriented.
