**Responsibilities:**

* Provide personal care and support to seniors in their homes
* Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation
* Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
* Provide medication reminders and document client conditions
* Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
* Engage clients in activities that bring them joy, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

**Requirements:**

* Active Home Health Aide (HHA) registration in PA or equivalent credentials
* Direct experience in a healthcare role preferred
* Must have and be able to pass the necessary state-required credentials
* Valid PA ID, auto insurance, and transportation
* Compassionate, helping nature, and good communication skills
* 2 Step PPD, Chest X-ray, or QuantiFERON Gold
