Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests in a professional and hospitable manner, register guests, and assign rooms.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Room Management: Verify guest credit, establish payment methods, and maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
  • Problem-Solving: Professionally handle guest complaints, resolve issues, and follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a hotel front desk role preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work in a standing position for up to 8 hours.
