- Challenge Resolution: Navigate customers through any challenges they face, orchestrating the necessary resources and tactics to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Recommendations and Best Practices: Provide expert recommendations and best practices to customers on how to optimize their solutions and achieve maximum ROI.
- Regular Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with customers to review progress, identify areas for improvement, and explore opportunities for expansion.
- Customer Feedback and Insights: Gather and relay customer feedback and insights to various parts of the Forcepoint organization, informing product development, sales strategies, and customer success initiatives.
- Experience: 6-10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Account Management, Relationship Management, or a related field.
- Technical Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in technical disciplines related to networking, cybersecurity, SASE, ITSM, AI, and similar areas.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage meaningfully with subject matter experts and customers at all levels.
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction: A passion for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and results, with a commitment to following through on promises and delivering value.
