The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at Plivo. As a key member of our customer-facing organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success with our cloud communications platform.

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and goals, and provide strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their objectives. You will also collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services and products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of customers to ensure their successful adoption and utilization of our platform
  • Developing and executing customized success plans to meet customer needs and goals
  • Providing proactive and timely support to customers, including issue resolution and escalation
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of our services and products
  • Identifying and communicating customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improvement

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or high-tech company
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer success or related role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and growth, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret customer data and trends
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
