Zoox is in search of a Senior Executive Assistant to provide support to our VP of the Program Management Office and the Senior Manager of Data Science. This position requires collaboration with fellow Executive Assistants and Administrative Business Partners across various departments within Zoox.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects including initiation, planning, monitoring, and assessment.
- Organize team and cross-departmental meetings.
- Assist in coordinating team off-sites and events.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
- Provide hands-on support for meeting scheduling, coordination, and documentation.
- Execute administrative tasks such as booking domestic and international travel, managing expenses, overseeing calendars, and arranging meetings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as an executive assistant.
- Exceptional organizational skills and an understanding of the complexities involved in supporting a diverse and growing team.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in technical skills, including Google for Business Suite, MS Office Suite, Keynote, and other Apple applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Comfort in a dynamic work environment.
- Sensitivity in managing critical and confidential information.
- Quick learner with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience interacting with company boards, public officials, and senior-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree.
Compensation:
The compensation package for this role includes a salary range of $126,000 to $179,000, along with Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may also be included. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and level of experience.
