• Evaluate the quality and uniformity of adhesives, resins, and substrates.
• Uphold safety standards in all chemical operations and provide training on safety protocols.
• Recommend and assess equipment for chemical mixing, prioritizing safety measures.
• Act as the primary liaison for emissions and chemical regulatory matters.
• Offer scientific insights to Business Unit Managers.
• Engage in the ongoing enhancement of products, processes, equipment, and methodologies.
• Undertake additional related responsibilities as necessary.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• A Master's degree in an engineering or scientific field is preferred.
• Over 15 years of progressive experience in the chemical sector.
• A preference for candidates with over 20 years of progressive experience in the chemical industry.
• Capability to work autonomously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
