Overview

In light of our expanding operations, we are in search of Construction Inspectors to oversee a variety of projects across New Jersey.



Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of systems, products, roadways, bridges, and other structures to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Offer technical guidance to contractors, maintain daily progress documentation, address complaints and requests, and ensure contractors comply with project plans and specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with the Engineer of Record to guarantee correct installation and regulatory compliance.


Qualifications
  • Proficient understanding of methods, materials, and designs related to various infrastructure projects, particularly in water and sewer systems.
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations at local, state, and federal levels concerning the construction of water and sewer facilities.
  • Capability to perform intricate technical inspections and interpret complex engineering drawings, specifications, and record documents.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledgeable in safety standards and requirements.
